Nike AIR Reveals 3D Printed Shoes Designed with AI

Nike has showcased their latest A.I.R collection sneakers, designed using artificial intelligence (AI).

During the brand’s Olympic-themed showcase in Paris, the AI concept shoes stole the limelight of the event. The A.I.R collection sneakers were developed for 13 Olympic athletes, representing a fusion of technology and personalization.

The 13 hyper-futuristic athletic shoes featured dramatic shapes, which are a far cry from normal everyday shoes. According to Nike, the shoes were designed by interviewing the brand’s top athletes.

The designers then ran the concepts through AI models to generate prototype ideas. If AI can be used to make luxury concept cars like the Bugatti SUV, then designing shoes is the next big step.
